Our use of your personal data.
Homing and Fostering our dogs
We require that people wishing to home or foster our dogs complete our comprehensive Homing (HQ) or Fostering (FQ) Questionnaire. These capture information that in our years of experience is essential to matching people’s requirements and personal circumstances to the right dog for them. We also have an uncompromising obligation to our dogs to ensure they are fostered and homed in safe, loving and caring environments that are appropriate to their particular needs. Data captured includes contact details, property and garden details, family details, existing pets and dog experience, work patterns, lifestyle and hobbies.
Volunteering Roles
We have a number of volunteering roles that members of the public can apply for, two of which we require questionnaires to be completed for, namely dog walking and transport. These only capture personal information that is relevant to the particular role including contact details and availability that are common to both.
Donations

Donations can be made in a number of ways but we encourage people to use Paypal because of the security it offers. We also ask that tax payers complete a gift aid form to maximize their donation.  Hard copies of Gift Aid Forms are kept securely for Audit and back up purposes.

In every case financial information you provide is held in the strictest confidence with access limited to the very small number of volunteers administering our finances.
