His Story: Patch is an ex-racer with 33 races on his record with 5 firsts to declare.  He gained his retirement in Oct through a cruelty case filed against his owner because of the poor conditions he and his friends were kept in.

Salient points: Small male greyhound. Has enjoyed foster and adapted very well to family life, developing good skills considering kennelled background will need to build further. Good with dogs and people but not for cats or small furries. Maybe sometime before he proves his trust off lead outside.

Advert: Now's your chance has come to own 'the Prince of Wales' known as Patch to his friends! Called Welsh Prince, this Prince from Wales did his racing at Reading. He is an elegant "grey" born 05 October 05. He has enjoyed a short foster when he was neutered and vax'd whilst awaiting a rescue place. He was a winner of 5 races and he'll be a winner again. He proved himself very adaptable living with a female grey; and showed himself to be calm, steady and friendly boy.

Patch is captivating to behold, a graceful in his movement. The day after he arrived the kennel owner called us to share her pure delight at seeing Patch running in the snow and having a 'ball'.  His family will admire and guide him through into retirement which keeps a smile on his face and puts a sparkle in his eyes.
